No I don't have hypertools - never heard of it to be honest! Feeling
like real novice here! So yes if you could tell me where to get it
that'd be great.

So open a chart of the symbol in 1 tick bar format? I'll have to do that
outside of market hours or the program will freeze. No - what do you
mean by "data window"? Do you mean Global Server? I'm not clear on that.

You open a chart set to one tick for all the data you have, unless it
his huge then you do it in smaller groups of say 90 days.  Then you open
the data window and right click in the black area and save the data to
disk.  Then you use hypertools for XPO to convert it to an XPO file.
Then you add the index symbol and import the data.  Do you have
hypertools?  This is really an easy thing to do.  Plus I can send you
the ES and NQ as indices in XPO.  Don't have the Euro.  How large a file
can you receive?  I can point you to the site for Hypertools if you
don't have it.  You are blown up otherwise.  Well unless you buy a
3+Ghz machine with a gig of memory.

Hi,

I can't see how to do that. I have The Euro, ES and NQ futures running.
How do I change them to indexes? I guess I do it in global Server, but I
don't see how without deleting them and putting them back, but then I'd
lose all my data.

Try to change category for your futures from Future to Index. This
generally should solve your problem.
