CBOE provides the NDX.

   I've check it with Quote.com, Tradestation 8 and ADVFN.  Quote.com shows 
   the $NDX as from the CBOE, TS 8 shows it's from the Nasdaq  Marketplace 
   while ADVFN shows it's from the CME. Does anyone know from which  
   exchange its truely from so I can change the settings in the Global  
   Server for TS2ki? This is creating havoc in my trading system.  

I've been on the direct CME feed (such as it was), NDX is not present.
The NASDAQ website has the information on how it is calculated and
states that the calculation is performed every 15 seconds.  I don't
know why CBOE would calculate such an index.
