If someone has not already mentioned it, there is a "freeware" utility from
Systernals that I just found that will show CPU usage and will run on W9x
systems.  It looks great and the price is right.  If you are running a W9x
Operating System, please download this and check your total CPU loading plus
load from each running process.  It takes a few seconds to start (30 seconds
on my PC booted from W98se) but once it is running, it looks great!  The
