Cameron,
If the other computer has a working operating system and you add this
drive as a secondary drive you should be able to see what is on it.
Windows will assign it a new letter such as E:.
If you put it in the other computer as the main boot drive and no
other boot drives are present or are disabled then it will not boot.
It will be a really mad at you drive. All the stuff on it for your
present motherboard and hardware will be different so it will go nuts.
