RR,
I recently had a customer with the same problem. The Omega
Scheduler
is still running, you should see an icon on your task bar,
bottom right hand
of your screen. It will look like an Omega symbol with a
clock on it. You
need to right click on it and choose Close. If you cannot
see it, look for
it in task manager. Once this is closed, you will be able
to rename/move/
delete the folder.

|Subject: clean install
|
|
|Hi list:
|
|I am trying to do a clean install.
|
|- I had deleted all the temps;
|
|- I had changed the registry; (expand hkey key> software,
delete OMGA
|folder)
|
|After a reboot, in
|
|My Computer-Programs-Omega Research folder is still there.
|
|I try to cut, move, delete. It is still there. It
keeps
|saying: It is
|being used by another person or program
|In reality, I am not running anything.
|
|Is this the reason Jimmy is suggesting I created a OR2
first
|
|so that the cd can be read into OR2?
|
|And afterwards, can this Omega Research folder be deleted?
or
|we have to
|put up with
|
|2 TS2ki copies on one computer?
|
|Thanks,
|
