Try a www.google.com search for "Tweak Windows 98SE"  Some of the
sites will probably give you some good tips on what to do to speed up
that system.

You also mentioned you COPIED your TS4 to the new computer.  I'm
thinking you copied some of it and did a regular instillation also.
You might try installing it first then coping the important files if
you did it the other way.  Just a thought.
