You could use Hyperserver I guess, to pull the data out of one folder. I
think you would have to convert it to a different format.  Then you could
convert it back to the original (metastock) format- with the folder you want
it in being the 'target'.  Then you could always just get the Metastock
program and use the 'downloader'.  You can EDIT, copy, move, delete, convert
(to different formats) etc with it.  Yes it is a 'simple' program, but the
'downloader' utility can come in handy.
