The new Spybot v1.3 also does automatic updates.
It even monitor registry now.
Did SpySweeper ever found a spy that Spybot missed?
In my tests Spybot was the best of the two.
Maybe not fair to say unless all 10000+ spies are tested.
All of the mentioned program are a safe bet. Make sure you install one and do a
weekly sweep. Some spies can be seen because of their annoying behaviour others
secretly do their thing while eating away your resources.
