If you're running the latest version of ZoneAlarm (5.0)just as a firewall
and use an antivirus product from someone else (like Norton), check that
your antivirus product is actually scanning emails (in and out) as it
should.
There seems to be a problem with ZoneLabs latest version.
It is possible to revert to the previous version by clean uninstalling
version 5.0 first:
