Go to <My Computer>
Click on the hard drive that contains TradeStation.

<TradeStation>
<Program>
That's where the DLL's are stored.
R click.
<Arrange icons by>
<Type>
Now all the DLL's will be together and you can check if it is there. I could
not find it in TradeStation 8.0 (Build 1747)
