The top trace is the OHLC values of a spread between INTC and QQQ.
I colored long positions as blue bars, short positions as red bars, and flat positions as gray bars.
Also shown are two moving averages.
The lower trace is the portfolio value from trading the spread by a simple moving average crossover system.
This should give you the idea.
