I tried changing the line in AUTOEXEC.BAT to "SET SSI_ACT=500,500,500" as
suggested by DB. No help.
I do have the line, "device=ssiact.386" as the first line in the [386enh]
section of SYSTEM.INI, and the file ssiact.386 is in the c:\windows\system
folder.
What should I try next?
