FOMC day filter

Hello,

I have an intra-day bond/note system that I don’t want to trade on FOMC days
but need assistance with the code.

I would like it to exit all open positions on the close of the day prior to
the FOMC day, and also not to enter any new positions on the day of the
FOMC. Any help much appreciated.
