ATR help

Hi All

Would one of the group have, or be able to help me with an ela for
2000i,that plots on a tick chart:

High-(4*ATR20 Bars),plotting a line below the price in an uptrend

When the line is hit, flips to follow down above the prices until hit, then
reversing below prices etc

Need to be able to vary the ATR period and/or the number of bars as I am
sure the result will vary

depending on time frame and market tested
