How much slippage to expect from Pit-traded contract?

How much slippage would I expect when if I enter a stop order at the pit?
Anybody have any suggestions on how to execute orders in the pit.  Some
people mention it's better to put market orders instead of stop orders...

Does CBOT and CME support MOC orders?  If so how does this work?
