Yes. This thing looks back in history and draws trendlines after the
fact. Most likely, by the time it draws a trendline, it's too late to
trade. I suppose, if one had enough interest, he could spend the
(considerable) time to trouble shoot it and figure out how to make some
sort of system out of it. Whether it would be a profitable system is
another matter. Good luck finding that "someone." :-)
