CTREE Errors
CTREE errors are problems associated with real-time/delayed data and index
files. They may be caused by any of the following: power outages
(brown-outs), program crashes (General Protection Faults), faulty hardware
and errors when pasting in data.
DELETING CERTAIN DATA FILES WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF ALL TICK DATA. READ THE
ENTIRE DOCUMENT BEFORE DELETING ANY FILES!!!
To correct this problem, do the following:
Exit all Version 4.0 or Version 1.2 applications.
Delete the following files:
For DBC Signal,
OMEGA\SERVER\SIG\40SIG.IDX
OMEGA\SERVER\SIG\40SIG5.IDX
OMEGA\SERVER\SIG\40SIG5.DAT
Start the Offline Data Server (for the appropriate data vendor). As it
initializes it automatically rebuilds the index files.
(still lost all futures)
