Hi Romi,

Well, it is said that "a picture is worth a thousand words" and I guess I
should have used a few more words in explanation.  The snapshot was taken at
3:26pm Eastern Standard Time which is while the market was open as opposed
to closed but not "at" market open.  Over the first 30 minutes after market
open the average quote rate was 850 quotes/second and later dropped to 600
quotes/second.

Thanks for keeping me honest and I hope that clears up your questions.
