I think you're rushing to judgement unfairly. If you read the home page of
my web site, you will see that I clearly disclose my opinion that ALL
systems trading is highly-speculative. I go on to state that if someone MUST
trade the eminis with a system, then I don't think they'll find one BETTER
than mine. I fully-disclose all of the reasons why I feel my system is the
best available for eminis.
Unlike any other system vendor I know, I actually trade my system with my
own money and post my real-time results in detail. Don't I deserve a little
credit? I would have thought that the people here would appreciate what I'm
trying to do. I haven't sold a single system, and I don't care if I ever do.
For me, it's more about making a statement and attempting to set an example
for other systems vendors to follow. Again, I would think that some of the
skeptics and cynics here would appreciate my efforts.
I understand why a lot of you guys here have chips on your shoulder. After
all, like me, you've been played for fools for years by dishonest people in
this business. That is the entire thesis and foundation of my posts here.
I'M NOT YOUR ENEMY, I'M ON YOUR SIDE! Maybe if we can try to restrain
ourselves from turning this discussion into a bar room brawl, then we can
actually educate and help eachother.
I call on everyone in this newsgroup to stop attacking eachother. Let's just
try to discuss systems trading and development like adults who respect each
other. I know it's hard. I've been as guilty as everyone else. I hope that
being 43 years old has gotten me to a place where I can disagree with other
opinions intelligently and without personal attack (for example, saying that
someone "is simply a person incapable of admitting they have a serious
reaility problem." Come on guys, is that what you want this newsgroup to be
about?
What have we got to lose if we try to be kind and respectful of eachother?
I'm trying to take the high road and change the direction for this
newsgroup.
