According to Sam Tennis's Easy Language book - "the
'at sign' is an anachronism left over from System
Writer version 1.0 where it was used to denote a
function".
I have yet to run into a problem with a function that
is preceded by the @ sign, however, to the best of my
knowledge there is no advantage to using it.
