I use http://www.dslextreme.com
I don't bother with dial-up service. Once you get DSL, you never
go back. I chose dslextreme because they were fairly low cost, yet
a profitable company, they don't have a habit of hosting spammers
(which causes an ISP to be blacklisted worldwide), and unlike other
DSL services, they don't do port filtering, and will provide a
static IP address if you want to set up your own servers on your own
network.
