Cannot see intraday volume ts2k

I'm downloading 1 minute data from esignal to
Global Server, can see the price data in an
intraday chart, up volume is always zero. Using
Uniserver or the ActiveX plugin from esignal, is
there a tricky setting issue or is something
wrong at esignal's end or what?
