Yes, I did change my GS settings around time I started noticing this, to
save 60 days of tick (from 2), 1-min to 600 (from 60).  But before the
change, I can almost swear I was able to edit abnormal OHL or C 1-min data
from current day's 5-min chart as it was trading in the market (but hey like
my PC, my memory could be going bad!).  Anyways... if TS allows to edit ONLY
tick data from intraday charts to the extent you are saving tick data, I'll
stop worrying about it.
