Hello VK,
I went down this track, albeit with TS4, last year.
My opinion is: do NOT upgrade to XP from Win2000.
Do a clean install of XP on a new drive - the upgrade process causes
some strange things to happen. Since I did a clean install things have
been working Much better.
Summary: XP is great, but don't do the upgrade thing, do a clean
install.
Hope this helps.
