I posted a question as to why the tick data and
minute bars built from the tick data seemed to be
different a few days ago.
The real problem seems to be not with the way TS
uses the tick data to build the minute bars as I
had thought, but with the Global Cursor, it is
not pointing where it should under certain
conditions. On a thinly traded issue wherein
there are minutes with no trades, as I scroll
across the tick data in one chart the Global
cursor in a minute bar chart of the same issue
does not move to the next minute bar until the
second tick into that bar. I guess TS2k is like
that?? Anybody experience this or do I have
something set up wrong???
