AW: using Interactivebrokers.com datafeed |-----> Dual Subserver

I am not sure about the exchange fees, if you use different data
provider you might need to pay for it, but it is a valid and important
questions.

Andy. It is amazing how much effort you put into TS to bring it to a
certain standard. How much is such a tool?

Andy,

What if I don't want to feed the same symbol? I don't need double data
on
the same symbol. What I am interested in is getting data on a few
other
symbols without having to rack up extra dollars in multiple exchange
fees.
(Ex: ES & NQ via Dynastore for IQFeed, Bonds & Eurex futures via MSRT
for IB
TWS) Does that still dictate the need for a dual subserver?

Best Regards,
Mike

Dear Mike,

Yes, it's possible to feed GS with two separate data feeds and we can
develop a custom dual subserver for you if necessary. It helps to
minimize
risks of data loss caused by vendor quote
interruption. Since even the most reliable vendors do have problems
occasionally, you can use two data feeds at once. So such the
subserver allows you to receive data from two different datafeeds at
the same time and have double data for the necessary symbols.

Andy
