use access v2 (94 vintage)...i opened and saved the symbol universe mdb
just fine....works in real time usage...

But do NOT edit the universe DB with MS Access unless you
have a sufficiently old version. I cannot imagine that you
do, because it was an old version of Access at the time
TS4 was released.
It's OK to look at it with a current version of Access,
but do not save it.
