$PREM data needed...will pay or trade

Hello all,

I need to fill some gaps in my data. I am looking for the $PREM data in .omz eSignal format for TS4.0 for the dates 9/28/2001 thru 6/16/2002 and 2/16/2001 thru 5/28/2001. I am willing to pay or trade for it... I have relatively clean tick data back to 1994 for most indices, including $VIX, $PREM and many stock indices.

I could also use tick data for $SPX for the same time periods. I have it but it is missing a lot of ticks...
