Point & Figure Code

        I am trying to write a code that will recognize if a stock in on a
buy or sell signal in a standard Point & Figure chart. And, after having
recognized the buy signal from a sell signal, having it apply to a list of
portfolio stocks that I have, having it tell me what percentage is buy or
sell,
    Can this be accomplished and if so, does anyone have any ideas how to
write this?
