My electricity shut off twice in the past two hours. After the second time
my TS4 tick file began to reindex but after some time stopped with this
error message: "cannot open tick file. Rebuild failed." I went into the
Server folder and deleted the
40Bonn.idx file. I restarted TS4 server and the rebuild began again but
ultimately failed. I repeated the above and also rebooted the computer, but
this didn't help. The strange part is that after I ok the error message the
server continues to connect to the receiver, and seems to be receiving
data(there is Datafeed output). But when I open up a quote page that shows
after hours quotes, there is no change in the obvious symbols(ES3U, US3U).
Checking in the symbol portfolio, Edit Tick also shows no data coming in.
I'm puzzled by this. Is there a way to repair this problem?
