www.mytrack.com has a simulator as part of their software.  I think you 
need a Basic account, which will run you $5/month for delayed data.  If 
you want a real-time feed then it will cost you $20 + exchange fees/month.

None of my brokers currently offer this.

I know IB have one or two, and T Sim seems to be well regarded - 
although it means opening an account with them.
