What is the Price Scale set to? The minimum tick size is Price
Scale * Min Movement. So if Min Move is 1, that says "min tick
is 1 PriceScale movement." If PriceScale is 1/100 ....
For one-point ticks, you want to set PriceScale to "As Is" and
Min Movement to 1.
