Joe,
Tell him to try renaming the workspace(s) that TS2ki is trying to open
when it loads. If a workspace or spaces are corrupt you can have
problems. He will find them in the My Work folder in the Omega
Research folder. This way the program will not open any workspaces
and you can find out if that is the problem or not.
Have him contact me direct if this doesn't help.
