Liam,
I used to run DS for Quote.com (they called it "DS for QFeed" earlier), but
when they stopped to sell it, I upgraded to DS for Bloomberg which I still
run and which is feeding 4 computers with TS2000i packages in my office
simultaneously (Quote.com version did the same thing perfectly).
And DS for Quote.com has the history downloader built into the main program,
so when I had the gaps I filled them with no problem at all. Their Bloomberg
downloader is not so good, but it works for some symbol categories that
other datafeeds do not have.
A friend of mine runs Metaserver (don't know the exact version, sorry) and
he's OK with it.
