you are right, my mistake, i was thinking about the contrast and brightness
that is so much better than tfts.
brightness for plasmas seems to be 650 cd/m2 and contrast 3000:1 and better,
where normally afaik the tfts range from 200 cd/m2 to 500 brightness and 200
to 350:1 contrast
