Hallo.
I can not help you with the TS ELA or an DLL, but I know that a number
of highly intelligent people developed something similar on our site.
Just go to this site:

and perform a search for "fast". You will find two scripts that seems to
use it. You will find the complete code there and get see some numbers
displayed on the web site (no, I do not understand the figures).
Since the code is pascal based, just as EL, it might help you?
Also I think PO is selling some thing like this for TS, Pierre?
