Constant Range Bars (Universal or "Kase" Bars) - Book

Hi

I am a TradeStation user, and am interested in doing
some studies on Constant Range Bars (a/k/a Universal
or "Kase" Bars). These aren't offered in TS as a
display option.

But I was wondering if anyone had coded these
'synthetically' themselves--either to display maybe as
a PaintBar, or creating each one as a vertical
"TrendLine", or some such similar approach...

...Or, better still, creating them as a synthetic
"price" (data series), to which one could then apply
analysis techniques -- RSI, linear regression, cycles,
whatever turns you on ?
