No excuse.
All e-mini order entry systems, either browser-based, Java applet,
workstation executable, automated API should all have filters for this that
triggers a confirmation dialog box "THIS IS 100 TIMES YOUR NORMAL
ORDER...ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO PROCEED ?"
when a ridiculous quantity is entered.
C'mon, this isn't rocket science.
