Cutler's RSI

Hello Fellow Members

I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to provide the code for
Cutler's RSI.  Ian Copsey, in his book, Integrated Technical Analysis,
discusses and contrasts Cutler's version to that of Wilder's RSI.  I have
seen the Metastock formula, but as I am not familiar with that product's
programming language I am not confident in interpreting the code.
