For those interested, the indicator for creating holiday/weekend
calendar ASCII file readable by TS can be downloaded here:
www.karindi.com/download/hwexport.zip
The datafile can be used for backtesting systems that need to know in
advance of coming holidays and/or weekends. OK, knowing weekends is
not difficult, but knowing when LONG weekends happen or when there are
single days off in the middle of the week is trickier.
