Convert 16 bit dll to 32 bit dll ...?...

Hello Listers

I have transferred some old ela studies to the TS2k platform. The 
indicators call some dll's (16 bit). I found that TS2k does not accept 
them and I suspect this happens since TS2k requires 32 bit dll's.
Are you aware of a tool that could convert 16 bit dll to 32 bit dll? 
Preferably, a free tool?
