TS7.1--Use at your own risk

TS learned nothing from the chaotic release of TS7.0.  (And neither did I!!)

TS7.1 release is even more chaotic.  Three builds in 3 days instead of 3 
weeks.:)

I recommend waiting a few months before upgrading unless you need something 
very specific in 7.1.  If you are on TS6 stay put.  Let idiots like me debug 
7.1.
