NASDAQ: 1 min quotes and 1min ADV

Hi List,

is there anybody who can provide me 1min quotes of the NADAQ-Future and the 
NASAQ advancing issues.

There are quotes at traders2traders, but the quotes of the future are 
Oct, 23 1997 - Aug 17, 2001
while the ADV of the NASDQ are Nov 30, 1998 - Dec 11, 2002.
(Hmm, the overlay could be better).
So now I'm looking for the 'missing' data?

Beside that I even would be very happy for 1min data of the S&P and NYSE ADV 
as of Jan 2002 until now.
