It's the Windows "Temp" files. They get corrupted, and won't allow the
install to proceed. Also, they cause repetitious "free space errors" in
Win9x, which are deadly for the O/S..
Microsoft's been telling us for lo-these-many-years that "The Windows O/S
removes these temp files on reboot". Oh really? Is that why I've seen
machines (including my own) with ALL versions of Windows building 200-300mb
old "Temp" files that NEVER go away?
Here's the answer (although there are many, this is really good)...select to
run the "EmpRunner" portion as a continuous operation from the TaskBar.
Default is "45 minutes" and that seems to work just fine.
