I don't know if this has been discussed here before, but the "bouncing-tick"
phenonema had me "chasing my tail' for too-long.
TS (4.0 and maybe 2000i?) assumes (and you know what that means) that the
next bar always opens in favor of the system being tested...This leads to
results that could be better obtained by blowing-up the ticker plant and
trading the shreds of data as it falls from the sky.....
