I'm received an encouraging email from Steve Sanders this morning, I told
him I would post it to the Omega list so others may contact him with their
suggestions:

>>IB has always listened to its customers and you are not being ignored. What
>>you require isn't a matter of just turning back on the old text as we had to
>>upgrade our statement infrastructure to handle advisors, ibrokers, and more
>>information and so we can't go back. Your request would take 5 programming
>>days and right now we have other projects that supersede this request (all
>>at customer request) so I didn't want to promise something that I can't
>>immediately deliver without hearing from other customers. You were the first
>>and only customer to complain about the html statement.
>>
>>If you could provide me with a list of names of people who are interested in
>>your text statement as well as other projects that are of interest to your
>>community I would certainly try to get them prioritized sooner rather than
>>later. I'd appreciate a single email and no spaming with foul language as
>>these requests will always be ignored (I've gotten a few from your list).
>>We are happy to listen to anyone who makes reasonable requests. I will try
>>to get the top demanded requests done first.
>>
>>I am curious as to the make-up of your list as I don't know much about it,
>>and obviously we would be very interested in listening to active trader

>>IB may be overloaded with customer requests, but I don't think it is fair to
>>say we are not sensitive or don't listen to customers. Everything we do is
>>for the active trader in mind.
