getting eSignal-Dynastore up in TS4 charts

Help!

for some reason, i can get eSignal-Dynastore real-time to feed data into my 
ts4, but i can't

(1) 	get a chart say for sp m3 while i can get the minute data;

(2)	get future option prices to save in ts4, for ex, sp j3c900; and,

(3)      get a chart of the option prices.

i had none of these problems with either signal or bmi cable.

can anyone help?
