Hmm... www.excelfutures.com has the IP address 66.113.94.232 which belongs
to a company called ibsinc.com. This in turn is hosted by cw.net which is
notorious for not doing anything about their spammers.
abuse.whois.net lists the abuse contact addresses for ibsinc.com as:
lee@xxxxxxxxxx (for ibsinc.com)
abuse@xxxxxx (for ibsinc.com)
lee@xxxxxxxxxx (for ibsinc.com)
postmaster@xxxxxxxxxx (for ibsinc.com)
spamcomplaints@xxxxxx (for ibsinc.com)
Send your complaints there, and be sure to include the complete spam with
FULL headers (including all the Received: headers).
