I have not tried this but I do believe its possible with the PushPop DLL. I
think what needs to be done is to plot the other indicator on the $prem
chart and then
push its value after each bar close. Then you need to have an indicator on
your Tick chart which Pops the indicator value and plots it. Maybe someone
with experience using this dll can shed some light on this , hopefully with
some example code which is close to what you want.
