BMI ticks transmission back to normal @2:05PM EDT

BMI finally solved the problem of sending duplicate ticks for 2 days. During 
several phone calls to them, they kept blaming TS4's faults. But, I insisted 
that only CME's symbols were affected, therefor the culprit couldn't be TS4. 
They gave me a sales spin for ESignal. My impression was that they didn't 
want to fix the problem. But I'm so glad that they did it.
